The full network map is free in the app. Route planning and turn-by-turn navigation are part of OtterCycle Premium, an annual subscription with a free trial.

What data does the OtterCycle map use?
OtterCycle combines data from LTA / data.gov.sg (Singapore Open Data Licence), OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL) and OneMap (Singapore Land Authority), refreshed regularly.
